MONOFLORAL MANUKA HONEY

Monofloral Mānuka honey is unique in that it contains primarily one source of pollen. A set of special tests is performed in laboratories to confirm this. Our Monofloral Manuka is sourced throughout New Zealand allowing us to source all grades from 83+ MGO (UMF 5+) all the way up to 1900+ MGO (UMF 33+)

MULTIFLORAL MANUKA HONEY

Multifloral Manuka is natural combination of Manuka and native New Zealand bush nectar create this Manuka Blend honey that is lighter in color and milder in taste than Monofloral Manuka Honey variants. Our Multilfloral Manuka Honey is sourced throughout New Zealand to cater for all grades.

Kāmahi

Kāmahi honey is the most amazing, underrated native New Zealand honey. It has a delicious, indulgent floral, nutty flavour. Our Kamahi honey is sourced from the the Marlborough Sounds located at the Northern end of the South Island.

BEECH DEW / HONEY DEW / FOREST HONEY

Honey Dew is a unique, rich and intense tasting honey, the taste notes are strong and hold complex. Our Honey Dew is sourced from the remote beech forests located on the West Coast of the South Island.

RATA

Rata Honey is bright white is a sweet, smooth honey with a light buttery taste. Our Rata honey is sourced from remote Native forests throughout the West Coast of New Zealand’s South Island.

REWAREWA

Rewarewa is a rich dark colour and has been described as a toffee like honey. Our RewaRewa honey is sourced throughout the North Island’s Waikato Valley.

Clover

Clover honey is known for its pleasingly mild, sweet, and floral flavor. Our Clover honey is produced throughout Central Otago’s high Country.

THYME HONEY

Thyme honey is a very strong, intensely aromatic honey with resinous, herbal, savory flavors. Our thyme honey is sourced from the wild thyme fields throughout Central Otago.
